Indranil Sen is a successful supply chain and sustainability leader, trusted advisor, and board
director based in Singapore. With over 25 years of experience in transportation, logistics,
supply chain, and sustainability across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, he has led major
transformation programs, including digital transformations, post-merger integrations, and
carbon neutrality/energy transition initiatives.
Indranil has held senior positions at NCS Group, Accenture, APRIL, FedEx Express, and DHL
Express. He possesses a wide range of key skills, including transportation, maritime &
aviation, supply chain/S&OP, digital transformation, Industry 4.0 (IX), net zero/energy
transition, people-centric leadership, cross-functional leadership, and strategy development
& execution.
He has been honoured with several awards, including the Quality Award 2004 from Deutsche
Post World Net and the LogiSYM Excellence Award from the Logistics and Supply Chain
Management Society in 2021. Indranil holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from
INSEAD, having completed the International Directors Program, and is an Accredited Director
with the Singapore Institute of Directors. He also holds a patent on “System, Method &
Apparatus for Management of Agricultural Resources”.
Indranil holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing and Finance from NMIMS,
University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from Visvesvaraya
National Institute of Technology. Additionally, he has completed multiple courses in Global
Supply Chain Management, Blockchain Strategy, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, and
Economics of Climate Change from renowned institutes like MIT, Said Business School
(Oxford University), and Wharton.
In his personal life, Indranil is a Singapore citizen and enjoys traveling, volunteering, and
mentoring start-ups.
